Strength

Strength is both diverse and challenging. It combines elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, and strength training. It was adopted originally by police, firefighters, and military personnel to prepare them for the chaotic and physically demanding aspects of their respective jobs. Strength has been enjoyed by thousands worldwide for the athletic, health, fitness, and physical benefits.

No time? No problem! Strength workouts can be done in 20-30 minutes, and easily fit into your busy schedule.

Anyone can do it! Strength is scalable to any age, ability, and athletic goal. Kids, cops, firefighters, soccer moms, Navy SEALS, and even grandma can do Strength. You can too! Strength is about learning your physical limits and pushing past them for ultimate fitness.

Performance

wPerformance is designed for competitive athletes, challenging the athlete to push themselves beyond their current limitations. The Performance program was developed for professional athletes and will enable you to compete at your highest level. Performance is not for everyone. It is very strenuous and demanding but if you are a competitive athlete, Performance is for you.

Longevity

wLongevity is designed to ensure that you maintain optimal fitness for the rest of your life. The program will be designed to follow you through life and will adjust as you get older, and will adjust as your activity level or activities change.

Nutrition

Proper nutrition is essential for peak sports performance, weight loss, and maintaining general health. Our Performance Coach and Nutritionist, Kenneth Hall can educate and assist with pre and post game nutrition and hydration.

He will recommend proper meal plans for a variety of nutritional needs (including gluten-free, vegetarian and paleo). He will help you with monitoring body composition and weight improvements. Ask how you can best fuel your sports and fitness goals.

Boxing

Get back to your “fighting weight” or learn how to capitalize on proven pugilistic strategies to knock out your opponent with Coach Timmy Brooks.

Coach Brooks instructs proper boxing techniques and fighting strategies for competitive success in the ring and in life. Blast your competition — whether it be the boxer in the opposite corner or your waistline, attack it with a Fighting for Fitness program at Fourth Power!
